Independent licensed clinicians use the platform to accept and perform services at their sole professional discretion.
You acknowledge and agree that:

You are an independent contractor, not an employee of Nudge.

You are responsible for maintaining active licensure and required professional insurance.

You are responsible for complying with all federal, state, and local laws governing your practice.

You are responsible for reporting and paying your own taxes.
Payments and tax reporting (including Form 1099 issuance where applicable) are processed through Stripe, Nudge’s third-party payment provider.
Nudge:
