WHO WE ARE
Nudge World, Inc. (“Nudge,” “Nudge IV,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides mobile IV therapy and wellness services through licensed healthcare professionals operating under medical oversight in accordance with applicable state laws.
Because we collect and maintain health-related information, we are committed to protecting your Protected Health Information (“PHI”) in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (“HIPAA”).
HOW WE MAY USE AND DISCLOSE YOUR INFORMATION
We may use and disclose your PHI for the following purposes:
1. Treatment
To provide IV therapy, injections, health screening, and related services. This includes sharing information with nurses, supervising medical providers, and other healthcare professionals involved in your care.
2. Payment
To process payments for services rendered, including billing and payment processing through third-party vendors.

To operate our business, improve quality of care, ensure compliance, conduct internal audits, and maintain licensing requirements.
MOBILE SERVICES
Because Nudge provides services in homes, hotels, and event locations:
• Health records may be accessed through secure, encrypted mobile devices
• Treatment documentation may be completed electronically
• PHI is stored using HIPAA-compliant systems and reasonable administrative, physical, and technical safeguards
OTHER USES AND DISCLOSURES
We may disclose PHI:

• For public health reporting
• To prevent serious threats to health or safety
• For law enforcement purposes when legally required
We will not use or disclose your PHI for marketing purposes without your written authorization.
